Applications for the Educational Statistics and AI MA and certificates are submitted through MSU’s Graduate School application system. Prospective students should review the requirements below and prepare materials before starting the online application.

Application Steps:
- Choose your path: 30 credit MA in Educational Statistics and AI or one of the online graduate certificates in Educational Statistics and AI.
- Complete the MSU Graduate School application, selecting “Educational Statistics and AI – MQM” (MA) or the appropriate certificate.
- Upload a statement of purpose describing your background, professional goals, and interest in statistics/AI in education.
- Upload a current résumé or CV highlighting relevant educational, research, or data experience.
- Arrange for official transcripts from all prior institutions to be sent to MSU.
- Provide letters of recommendation for MA applicants (consistent with CEPSE norms; e.g., three academic or professional references).
- Submit optional GRE scores if available and beneficial; they are not required.
- Submit the application and monitor your status; respond to any follow up requests from the program office.
