Students learn advanced quantitative methods and modern artificial intelligence techniques to analyze complex educational data, inform policy, and design ethical, equity focused innovations in schools, districts, higher education, and agencies.​ 

The Master of Arts in Educational Statistics and AI is a 30 credit, fully online degree built around ten 3 credit courses that integrate statistics, AI, measurement, ethics and applied research.

These programs are designed for teachers, instructional leaders, analysts, institutional researchers, evaluators, policy staff and data oriented educators who want to deepen their quantitative and AI skills while remaining focused on real educational problems.​ 

Program Outcomes

Upon completion, graduates will be able to:

  • Apply educational statistics and AI concepts to analyze complex data sets while complying with FERPA and COPPA privacy regulations.
  • Interpret and ethically manage large-scale educational datasets to guide policy and practice.
  • Identify and address educational challenges using data-driven approaches that are feasible and equitable.
  • Implement AI tools responsibly to enhance learning outcomes, assessment, and educational equity.
  • Complete a capstone project demonstrating advanced applied skills in educational data science.
