Master of Arts in Education


If you are a teacher, school administrator, coach, adult educator, or interested in positions within P-12 school and postsecondary education or education more broadly, the MAED offers you a quality program designed to build on your prior professional experience and engage you in a dynamic online community. The flexible structure of this program allows students to work with their advisor to customize their academic plans to fit their unique professional goals.

Since fall 2001, over 900 educators from the United States and overseas have graduated from the program. Fully accessible online year-round, our courses are taught by faculty and advanced doctoral students, and many of the courses are unique among online offerings in the field of education.

The MAED is highly ranked by the U.S. News & World Report. This ranking reflects the college's commitment to student engagement and support, the use of innovative technology, outstanding faculty and strong peer reputation.
