Erickson Hall, one of the buildings for the MSU College of Education. Erickson Hall is 5 stories tall and primarily comprised of reddish brick and horizontal glass windows.

Dr. Perillo will explore how leadership rooted in relationship, empathy, adaptability, learning and collaboration can effectively support both students and colleagues through continuous change. By emphasizing care-driven and inclusive practices and communication, and shared equity leadership, practical strategies for building community centered environments will be provided. Real-world examples will highlight how student affairs professionals can partner to create a culture of belonging and purpose. Participants will leave with actionable insights on how to lead with compassion and care, while maintaining effectiveness and adaptability in the face of significant uncertainty and transition.
