Come learn about the Leadership for Equity-Minded Change in Postsecondary Education Ed.D program. Through our cohort-based program, we educate prospective and current leaders in higher education. We support individuals in their career paths for leadership roles in postsecondary education. The LEMCPE program is for the working professional. Its cohort design brings a small group of students together with a faculty advisor for the three-year, in-person program to learn and grow in collaboration and community.
We welcome students who wish to grow their professional skills in questioning, analyzing and creating strategic change for current and future issues in the educational sector. In this program, you will work with a team of dedicated faculty scholars and a cohort of fellow students to integrate insights from research and scholarship.
