Aspiring Educators of Michigan State (AEMS) is a pre-professional organization that focuses on supporting anyone who wants to work in a school! It is affiliated with the Aspiring Educators of Michigan (AEM), Michigan Education Association (MEA), and the National Education Association (NEA).
AEMS focuses on professional development, social events, fundraising, community service, and general meetings.
This group’s goal is to provide students with the tools needed to be an amazing teacher! The resources received as a member of the NEA and the MEA make this possible. Some of the resources offered include discounts on everyday purchases, networking opportunities with state and national leaders, and free CPR Training.
