EAD 949Advanced Seminar in Education Policy (this course will be a rotating topics course and can be taken more than once provided the topics are different)
Plus 9 additional disciplinary or policy studies credits (3 classes) in a concentration area, determined with student’s Guidance Committee, to provide competence in a specialized area of research
