The College of Education offers guidance and preparation leading to professional certification for teachers (elementary and secondary levels), administrators and school psychologists. MSU also offers preparation for occupational certification in Vocational Agriscience and Natural Resources. A recommendation from MSU for any type of certificate or endorsement requires that the applicant submit an application to the MSU Certification Office and to the Michigan Online Education Certification System (MOECS).
