Dr. Ranganathan’s research explores how people learn and regain skilled movement, from everyday actions to complex motor skills. His work investigates how movement develops, changes with aging, and is affected by neurological disorders. His lab uses motion capture, robotics, and wearable sensors to better understand movement and develop more effective rehabilitation approaches and assistive technologies.
