Jessica Garrels

Biography

Jessica joined MSU in 2018 on a USAID-Afghanistan wheat research project, providing overall project, compliance, and M&E support. In 2022, she joined OISE to coordinate international outreach, including strategic planning and quality assurance, later directing the USAID-Malawi Transforming Higher Education Systems project. From 2011-2018, Jessica worked with Catholic Relief Services as Chief of Party for a USDA Food for Education project in Laos, holding earlier positions in business development
