Ignite Talks for MSU Student Researchers
The MSU Museum CoLab Studio is unveiling a novel program titled “Ignite MSU.” Its primary objective is to empower students to articulate their research more effectively. We’re seeking 10 passionate MSU students, from any academic level or field, to present at the inaugural Ignite event on Nov. 9. The Ignite format offers a distinctive method to succinctly communicate ideas: a 5-minute presentation using 20 slides that advance automatically every 15 seconds. Apply by: Sept. 18. Student Employment Opportunity: NIH Research Study
A College of Nursing research team is in immediate need of undergraduate or graduate students to assist with a large-scale NIH-funded study. The Guys/Girls Opt for Activities for Life (GOAL) project promotes healthy eating and physical activity to middle-school-age children. This opportunity not only provides some awesome clinical experience, but would also be a great resume booster. All positions are paid (unless the student is looking for an internship) depending on position and level of experience. Learn more via PDF

Apply by: Sept. 4. Learn more via University Outreach & Engagement
