Location: Erickson KIVA
Who is eligible to participate?: Ph.D. and Ed.D. students who orally defend their dissertation between Jan. 1 and June 30 may only participate in the spring (April) ceremony
How do I register to participate?: You will receive a Qualtrics link via this newsletter to register to participate in the spring.
MSU Commencement Ceremony: The university-wide doctoral Commencement Ceremony (in the Breslin Center) will be held on Friday, April 26, at 3 p.m. You are welcome to participate in both ceremonies!
Why is the hooding ceremony on a Saturday?: The university will host three convocation ceremonies at the Breslin Center on Friday, April 26, which creates a challenging schedule for the dean, department chairs, faculty and graduates, as well as a long day of events for loved ones who wish to join the celebrations. We hope the weekend scheduling of our hooding ceremony will allow even more family members and friends to celebrate with their graduates.
