The purpose of this panel is to support graduate students by fostering a discussion on health and well-being in graduate school. Building on a successful spring panel focused on burnout, procrastination and stress management, this fall program aims to provide timely strategies and encouragement that students can apply throughout the academic year. The panel will feature 2–3 graduate students from the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CANR) and the College of Education (CED) who will share their experiences, practical advice and approaches to maintaining wellness while navigating graduate school.
