The Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education (HALE) Educational Doctorate in Leadership for Equity-Minded Change in Postsecondary Education (LEMCPE) addresses numerous, critical challenges in education today.

In this three-year program, you will work with a team of dedicated faculty scholars and a cohort of fellow students to integrate insights from research and scholarship.

The LEMCPE program is for the working professional. Its cohort design brings a small group of students together with a faculty advisor for the three-year, in-person program to learn and grow in collaboration and community.
