The focus of research in the Motor Learning and Rehabilitation Engineering Lab is to understand the theoretical basis of motor learning, and how it can be applied for the rehabilitation of movement disorders. We use a combination of behavioral and computational techniques to gain insight into (i) how the motor system coordinates movement, (ii) how this coordination is disrupted due to neurological injury, and (iii) how to develop novel and effective approaches for rehabilitation

The Motor Learning and Rehabilitation Engineering Lab is in the IM Sports Circle Building (Rm 21C-E) located at 308 W Circle Dr at the intersection of W Circle Dr and Beal St. The building is adjacent to the bronze Spartan Statue on campus. Visitor parking is available nearby in lot 62W.
