Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorders

About the Program

The Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorders prepares students to be expert practitioners in supporting individuals with autism through varied methods of applied behavior analysis.

This fully online program is designed to be completed in less than two years and allows students to obtain hands-on experience while earning their master’s degree.

Our students develop the skillset and knowledge to improve the lives of those with autism. Graduates will be prepared to excel in a variety of job placements as behavior analysts, including in schools, clinics, residential treatment facilities, and other educational settings.

Prepare to Become a BCBA®

Upon completion of the program and required fieldwork hours, students will be prepared to sit for the national examination to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.®

This fully online master’s program is practitioner-focused, allowing our students to work in settings with individuals with autism and receive experiential supervision while earning their degree.

At the conclusion of the program, students will have fulfilled the academic requirements necessary to sit for the national examination to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst®.

ASD Teaching Endorsement

Students in this program have the option to earn a teaching endorsement in Autism Spectrum Disorders. Through the ASD endorsement, you will learn research-validated instructional methods and evidence-based practices, and have the opportunity to apply those methods in the classroom. 

Through practicum credits, the ASD endorsement allows students to administer a range of assessments and interventions and to reflect on their teaching practice with the support, feedback and collaboration of the teaching faculty.
