
Dr. Tatroe was a professor in the department of Administration and Higher Education from 1969 to 1970.
Dr. Tatroe earned his B.A. from Michigan State University in 1949, his M.A. in 1951 and his Ph.D. in 1958. Before joining the faculty at MSU, he taught music in Holt, Michigan from 1949-1952 and served as principal of Haslett High School from 1952-1954. He was Assistant Superintendent of Warren Schools from 1955-1962 and Superintendent of Waterford Township Schools from 1963-1969.
