Maria Teresa Tatto is a professor emerita of the Michigan State University College of Education. She joined the college in 1987 in the Department of Teacher Education, was promoted to full professor in 2016 and retired as a professor emerita the same year. Tatto now serves as the Southwest Borderlands Professor of Comparative Education at the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College and professor in the Division of Educational Leadership and Innovation at Arizona State University.
