2014 Annual Report

The Michigan State University College of Education has again received recognition in the annual ADDY Awards competition for innovative work in publications and marketing.

During the Mid-Michigan awards ceremony held Feb. 13 at the Lansing Center, the college’s 2013 Annual Report received a Gold ADDY for the interactive website version, and a Merit Award for the printed publication. The report was created by the communications and web team, including programmer Justin Rappaport, former graphic artist Anthony Cepak, writer and content specialist Sarah Wardell and communications director Nicole Geary.

Titled “Prepared for What’s Ahead,” this year’s report focused on how College of Education faculty, students and programs are addressing emerging challenges in the areas of teacher preparation, kinesiology, higher education, urban schools and communities, globalization, literacy and STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) education.
