Immersive Visualization Institute (IVI) Graduate Fellows
This hybrid summer institute allows a cohort of faculty and graduate students to explore the pedagogic possibilities of three exciting large-scale immersive visualization display platforms available at MSU:

  • The Abrams Planetarium
  • 360 Degree Panoramic Display Space in the Library’s Digital Scholarship Lab
  • Science On a Sphere at the MSU Museum

Applicants are invited from across the entire university, and all disciplines and interdisciplinary perspectives are welcome. Graduate students may apply individually or with a faculty member mentor. A $500 stipend is awarded to participating students. Apply by: April 28. Learn more via MSU Museum

Graduate Assistantships: The Office of Graduate Career Development
The Office of Graduate Career Development in the MSU Graduate School is seeking two graduate assistants, one Master’s level and one doctoral level. The graduate assistantships (GA) will be half-time positions (20 hours/week) for the 2023-24 academic year. Start date: Aug. 15, 2023. These assistants will support career development of graduate and professional students through offering one-on-one advising appointments, leading workshops, curating online resources, helping with evaluation and needs assessments, and other duties as assigned.
