TIAA Ruth Simms Hamilton Graduate Merit Fellowship

This fellowship provides support for MSU doctoral students whose dissertation research is related to the African Diaspora (i.e., research that is focused on any aspect of the communities of people descended from the voluntary or forced historic movement of African peoples to other parts of the world and who are usually connected back in some way to Africa). Edward A. Bouchet Graduate Award

The fellowship is intended to support doctoral students in the natural sciences and mathematics in recognition of academic achievements, research goals, contributions to a diverse educational community, and a record of overcoming obstacles. Summer Research Development Fellowship (SRDF)

The Office of Academic and Student Affairs is pleased to announce that due to newly available funding, we are able to increase the Summer Research Development Fellowship awards from $6,000 to $7,000. Dr. Karen Klomparens Endowment in Support of Graduate Fellowships
This fellowship is awarded in honor of Dr. Karen Klomparens, Dean of the Graduate School and Associate Provost for Graduate Education at MSU from 1997 until 2014, in honor of her unwavering commitment to graduate education. The Julian Samora Endowed Scholarships
These scholarships, named in honor of Dr. Julian Samora, support two students (one graduate and one undergraduate) engaged in scholarly activities focused on Latino/as in Midwestern communities. P. Lea Martinez Endowed Scholarship Fund

Mary Louise Gephart Donnell Fellowship
Enrolled MSU graduate students in good standing studying or researching any discipline related to human environment and design, including, but not limited, to interior design, retailing, and apparel and textile design are eligible to apply.
