Outstanding K-12 Teacher

This award is presented to alumni teachers currently teaching in any school system who demonstrate evidence of service and achievement above and beyond what is expected. The individual must be an actively practicing teacher in a school or school system in which a commitment to excellence is clearly evident and in which teaching has been designed to meet the overall academic and social needs of all students.

Requirements

Nominees must have a minimum of five years experience as a practicing K-12 teacher.

For additional criteria or to nominate someone for this aware, download, complete and return the nomination form. Make sure to include recommendation letters and supporting documentation when submitting nominations.
