The School Psychology program in the Michigan State University College of Education offers an educational specialist degree (Ed.S.), in addition to the Ph.D in School Psychology. The Ed.S. in School Psychology prepares practitioners to work in public school settings.

Department of Counseling, Educational Psychology & Special Education To Program

The Educational Specialist program prepares individuals to work as highly skilled school psychologists in school settings and leads to Michigan certification as a School Psychologist and the Nationally Certified School Psychologist credential. The program includes a planned sequence of coursework in school psychology and supporting disciplines, complemented by practica and internship experiences.
