Lab members presented their research findings at the American Educational Research Association (AERA) 2014 conference in Philadelphia, PA. The topic of the presentation was “The effect of perceived leadership on small group online collaborative learning through asynchronous online discussions.” The study examined the relationship between emergent leadership, self-regulatory strategies, learning engagement, and achievement in small group online collaborative learning activities.
