2018 Chinese Immersion Forum Banner

Travel Information

Hotel: We recommend the Candlewood Suites Hotel-Lansing which is right next to the Henry Center where the WTC will be held. We blocked 15 studio rooms each night for Sunday (8/12) and Monday (8/13) at the rate of $94 per night plus tax. The hotel cutoff date is 7/27/18 and it is on a first come first serve base. Please make your own reservation and mention Confucius Institute at MSU for the discounted rate. For more hotel recommedation and information, please check HERE.

Airport: The closest airport is Lansing Capital Region International Airport (LAN). It is about 12 miles (one way) from the airport to Henry Center and Candlewood Hotel. Alternatively, you can fly to Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) and take Michigan Flyer bus (about 2 hours one way) to East Lansing.
