Application & Admissions Checklist

How to Apply

To apply to the MATC program, you must submit the following:

1. MSU Application for Graduate Study and fee ($50.00 US)

Submit online

(applicants to the regular and online program follow this link)

Note: While the MSU Application for Graduate Study includes an option to report GRE or GMAT scores, these are not required to apply to the MATC.

2. Supporting Information Form (Word)

(PDF version of Supporting Information Form also available)

3. Vita or Resume (guide for formatting) Send to MATC Office
4. Professional Essay (guide for formatting) Send to MATC Office

5. References:

Three (3) completed reference forms (Word document), each of which must have a separate letter of recommendation attached.

( PDF version of reference form also is available)

Arrange to have sent to MATC Office (Reference forms MUST accompany letters)
6. Official (sealed) transcripts: Two (2) copies of each transcript from all degree granting institutions attended. We will obtain all MSU transcipts if you previously attended MSU. Arrange to have sent to MATC Office
The official Application for Graduate Study must be received by the MATC Admissions Office for your application to be officially "activated" in our department. Application files will not be reviewed until all required materials are received.

Application materials (except for official transcripts) may be faxed or sent electronically to our offices. Original copies of reference letters sent electronically or faxed should also be sent (mailed).

 

Application deadlines:

Applications to the MATC program are reviewed as soon as they are complete. All deadlines should be understood with the provision that late applications will be considered as long as space and time remain.
