Do I need to see an advisor, or can my question be answered here?

How much time will I need?
If you are a current Michigan State University student, you should plan on a thirty minute appointment and you should schedule using the online advisor scheduling system.

Not an MSU Student?

If you are not currently an MSU student (e.g., a prospective Transfer or Post-Bachelor's student), you will need a one-hour appointment and you will need to call (517) 353-9680 to schedule.

Need to Cancel?

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel as soon as possible. For same day cancellations, please call (517) 353-9680; otherwise, please use the on-line advising system.

Who Are the Advisors?

Walk-In Advising Hours:

Occasionally, advisors are not able to be in the office during scheduled times. You are encouraged to call ahead to confirm walk-in availability (353 9680).
